As a Naturalist, Desert Mystic, Expedition Guide, and former Wilderness Therapy Field Guide, I will create the container, and hold the sacred fire, for you to deepen into being.
Having curated multiple desert initiations, I will work with you to create a 3-6 night container in which you are able to shed all but the strongest parts of your being. Couples and groups available.
This journey is only for those ready to embrace all aspects of experience and clear the way for their next phase of growth.

Spiritual and Emotional Wellness Coaching
The spiritual path is yours alone but we are all mirrors for each other, and someone to hold you on your journey is precious and sacred beyond all else.
More often than not, spiritual development causes chaos and disruption.
As we increase our consciousness, we start shedding all that no longer serves us in order to make way for new gifts to be received. While this all happens for our highest good, the process itself can be challenging, upsetting, and confusing.
Using ancient practices with our modern understanding, I will help to guide you through the darkness and chaos in order to find the light within.
Religion and spirituality has caused a significant amount of harm in our world and so as a Spiritual Life Coach I work with you in order to find a framework (inside or outside any and all previously constructed spiritual modalities). My work is sensitive to those who have experienced spiritual abuse or who have had religious experiences that have disrupted your connection to Spirit.
Our lives are ruled by the stars, I align our coaching sessions with the cycles of the moon, starting with either the full or new moon. I ask for an exchange of $1,500 for a 1:1, 28 day personalized container starting at either the full or new moon. Payment plans available.
Weekly or bi-weekly sessions at $75-$115 available as well.

Sessions by the Hour
Coaching
With training in Contemplative Psychotherapy and Buddhist Psychology from Naropa University, we will utilize a variety of modalities to drop into the wisdom of the body in order to access your inherent sanity and wholeness. Learn how to navigate your mind with compassion, embrace your shadow, and return to lightness of being.
Somatic Guiding and Intuitive Body Work
Using Traditional Chinese Medicine theory, somatic awareness, and deep listening we will tap into the felt experiences of the body, track points of pain and discomfort along meridians to uncover energetic and emotional blockages, and their roots, that may be causing illness or discomfort. This modality utilizes physical touch and pressure points coupled with cognitive emotional exploration. Sound Healing, and Reiki options included.
Movement and Dance
Dance and movement is crucial for physical and emotional health and well being. Using mindfulness and embodiment practices we can tap into, and be held in, authentic expression.
Learn contact improvisation, or energetic movement practices in a private container.
Reiki
Reiki, or Divine Energy, flows through all living creatures. I am adept at channelling this energy to help you access your own innate ability to heal. Together we will focus on healing your physical, emotional, or energetic bodies. This includes emotional release, auric field repair, and physical injury attention.
As a Reiki Master I am able to attune aspiring Reiki practitioners to Reiki levels 1, 2, and 3 (master).
Tarot Readings
Universal Consciousness speaks to us, and through us, constantly. By through Divination, we can communicate directly with Spirit through the medium of carefully curated, and beautifully illustrated, cards.

Meditation Instruction
Every great wisdom tradition has both a movement and a stillness practice. Practice stillness of mind and friendliness of experience.
In finding your sitting practice we will focus on presence, breath, stillness, and being with what is. Through meditation we will experience the rich fullness of being here, now.
Sound Healing
Sound Healing uses frequencies and resonance in order to promote healthy cellular function, aligned energy fields, and emotional release. Experience Sound Healing from a personalized selection of Solfeggio Frequency Tuning Forks, Crystal Singing Bowls (7 Chakra set A through G - 432Hz), Buffalo Drum, and others... Individual or group sessions available.
Space Holding and Medicine Sessions
Medicine work often pushes the boundaries of comfort and control. Intense emotional states, energetic openness, and impaired motor function can make these sessions challenging without support. As a space holder it is not my role to direct your experience, but rather to prevent outside energies from influencing your experience so the medicine can speak to you directly.
With a calm and steady presence I will hold you in your experience for whatever arises. Sessions include preparation and integration.

Tea Ceremony
